It is my opinion that if Mr. Hirsch owned more than 5% of the company, ADOT management would have told us. They are smart enough(maybe) to realize that if Mr. Hirsch owned say 7% of the company, this would decrease the outstanding in the eyes of the public investor. It would be in ADOTs interest to revise any approximations upward if at all possible.

Last time I called the transfer agent(Oxford in Portland, Oregon) I was told I would need written authorization from ADOT management to obtain the outstanding and float share counts. Of course when I asked Leslie Robins for this authorization he replied "no one will get that information". I would suggest a few people call ADOT and get authorization and follow up from there.
