Starnet Announces Connection to NASRIN Network WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 1999--Starnet Communications International Inc. (OTC BB:SNMM) (''Starnet'') will go on-line this week with a connection to the North American Simulcast Racing Information Network (NASRIN(TM)), which links racetracks and off-track betting facilities using AT&T's international frame relay backbone.
Autotote Communication Services Inc., a division of Autotote Corp. (AMEX:TTE - news) has implemented and manages the NASRIN high-speed private network for the racing industry. Autotote provides wagering equipment, computer software, facilities management and satellite broadcast services for on-track, off-track and inter-track wagering, lotteries, and legalized sports betting facilities.
Autotote's systems are in use in the United States, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, New Zealand and the Far East.
The NASRIN connection provides Starnet with low cost, real-time access to live odds data from racetracks throughout North America. Odds are updated every few seconds for each race and transmitted across the NASRIN network for customers' review and use.

World Gaming will soon be launching (www.worldracetracks.com) using its market-leading Internet technology. The new site will allow anyone from outside the United States and Canada to place wagers on North American Racing via its secure on-line wagering system.
The World Racetracks horseracing system offers win, place and show wagering, and features real-time track odds, handicapping information, and live audio/video racing coverage.
The service will be adding bet types and track selection every few weeks. World Racetracks currently has Simulcast agreements with ten racing facilities, and intends to ally with additional international organizations in order to provide a 24-hour program of Thoroughbred, Standardbred, Greyhound, and Jai-Alai wagering menus.
