I had seen a different article, much shorter, that did not include the major fact that the joint venture was limited to the European (BV) operations. As documented on this thread, BERU does own over 14% of IMPCO already.

I view this as a positive. BERU is very well connected in Europe - performance cars like BMW, Mercedes use their electronic/electrical products. I especially liked the comment "we expect to triple the sales within the next five years."

This company has huge potential. The long term holders, even BREU, will enjoy the ride to higher validations.
