Have not used Brown yet. They are well regarded. They are no frills for sure, but then their commissions reflect that. They execute trades period. I spoke with one of their reps last night. They do not accept orders for BB stocks over the net - apparently their order entry won't accept decimals. Therefore you have to call a live rep and incur $7 (i think) charge for that.

btw-I had an account with Web St for awhile for their level II. I wasn't terribly impressed - they, like Suretrade, use U.S. Clearing Corp to clear their trades. The process always seemed slow and cubersome. But it could be better now.
