FCCN is now offering digital subscriber lines through their association with Covad. These lines will give customers constant 24 hr. connection to the internet at 50X modem speeds. 2. FCCN recently acquired WowFactor.com, a web site geared to the interests of women and women owned business in particular. WowFactor is the brainchild of Margaret McGillan, a highly regarded web developer who was recently featured in a full page article in "Alley Cat" the Silicon Valley news magazine. As part of the acquisition, Ms. McGillan is now a senior VP at FCCN. 3. WowFactor.com is currently being reworked and will be relaunched in the second quarter of this year (Almost like a new net IPO). Frontline expects quite a bit of "fanfare" to accompany the launch! FCCN is acquiring Stock Pro (stockleader.com) and relaunching in the second quarter along with WowFactor. End of Quote FCCN closed up yesterday to 10 1/16. I have asked for a investor package and will evaulate as soon as I recieve. I'm buying this stock. NATS: I must apologize to the group concerning NATS. It exploded yesterday before I could do any DD. I'm told it's going much higher but I don't want to chase it. It's rumored that they are going to become another online broker with some extra points which are yet to be named.
