Has anybody else had the following problem?

Increasingly when I go to place a trade, I get the following msg

"Not sending trade to server - incorrect fields"

Then among the lines of Msgs from the message server the following line will appear:

"unable to check price range for [name of security], no bid or ask.

When I checked with MBT the response was that the problem had to be with my ISP. I think this is unlikely because there was no msg that my connection to the order server was down, my ISP is Mindspring which is reliable, and sometimes the fix is simply to exit the order entry screen and try again.

Can anybody help?

I sure wish that MBT people weren't trained to respond to every inquiry about quirky system response with - it ain't us, it's your ISP. Too often, after stonewalling for weeks, it turns out it was "us", as in the case of the slow/bursty quotes many of us have been experiencing recently.
