Just a glance at MALL shows its stock price around $5 till 11/9/98 from which point it took off and peaked on 12/4/98 around 60...... BUT it was one of the first companies to spin off a div. I am sure that Traders/Investors have picked up on the stock action prior to spin off and may act accordingly...... BWDIK
