This should be pretty much a non-event. I think everyone knew such a registration was coming, and with a float of 215 million, 4.52 million shares being registered for sale (but not actually very likely to be sold all at once...though it could happen, in theory). Still, I think there will be a dip in share price as some people panic. And if they are all sold at once, say today, after 10 more days, the share price will be right here at 59, if not higher. As this is only my thoughts on the matter, I am interested if someone else has a different view. Regards, DFCampbell
