Jeff, It appears we are at the right place at the right time. With the industry considered quite hot, we have a product that is in hot demand by the movers and shakers. Many value PQT and at these levels it would be a great buyout canidate or simply become realistically valued. At what level who really knows, I suppose this is part of what makes these plays so much fun.
