Computron (NASDAQ:CTRNE) responding to SEC/Nasdaq Reuters, Tuesday, February 04, 1997 at 15:14 Computron's stock was halted January 27 when the company said information had come to its attention that may impact previously reported financial results, and its independent auditors would withdraw their reports on the company's previously reported financial statements. "The SEC and Nasdaq asked what periods we're talking about and they asked us to quantify this," Rade said. "We gave them additional backup on any potential adjustments that we are evaluating." Rade said he did not want to disclose specific information before Nasdaq and the SEC are satisfied.
