SEBL is a lot more than SFA. Also into marketing and customer service applications.It uses industry specific solutions.It has a new integrated product and is dominant enough that license revenues are twice that of 2 nearest competitors combined. Getting "right brained" salespersons to use automation is a bit like herding cats, but eventually they will do it, just like previous generations learned to drive cars, because they had to in order to do their jobs. A company can't derive full benefits of enterprise software until it is available and used at all levels of the company. .

Both of these companies serve a potentially huge market, but they are certainly a lot more likely to crash and burn than Cisco. OTOH, they are earlier in their development and can grow much faster. Caveat emptor..
A gorilla investor should probably put about 80% of his money in established gorillas and use the rest for potential gorillas. Oh, I forgot to mention RMBS as a future gorilla. Off it's highs into possible buy range now.
