AOL is up BIG since then.

So, your reasoning is that bad service is bullish? Is that the kind of advice you give at "TigerInvestor.com"? Buy the companies who piss off their customers and deny that the problems were serious?

BTW, relative to certain other ISPs who are known for having good customer service like MSPG, bad service has cost AOL's shareholders. Over the last two years, MSPG is up more than 2500% (actually 3200% since May '97) while AOL rose roughly 1500%. Yes, AOL is "up big", but wouldn't you have been better off investing in the one who didn't piss off its customers?
