Yet you jump on the bandwagon saying that all 3Com is self-destructing and now that you have your price, you try to assuage fears by saying that the fundamentals haven't changed in the last 10 days or so. Sure, there is a panic, but listening to you is a waste of time as far as trying to find some facts.
