ATTENTION: I do not want PCTR to be looked at like a pump and dump. I watched carefully at the open this morning, and their was a 5-7 minute lag at 1 5/8 where anyone with a halfway decent broker could buy. Now the spread is 1 7/8-2. That's 16% profit to sell now. My feelings are that this stock is undervalued as it has been profitable before now, and now is the real beginning for profit gains.
