Year 2000 Wire/ConSyGen Inc. Announces Management Changes
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 4, 1999--ConSyGen Inc. (NASDAQ:CSGI - news) Thursday announced that Robert L. Stewart has resigned as chairman and director of the company effective Jan. 31, 1999.

Stewart intends to pursue other business interests. Thomas S. Dreaper was elected chairman of the board and will continue with his duties as president, chief executive officer and director of ConSyGen.

ConSyGen is a Phoenix-based company that provides Year 2000 remediation and independent verification and validation services using its proprietary automated software technology.

ConSyGen also markets a product called Counterfeit Cop which is designed to detect counterfeit currency, credit cards, traveler's checks, casino chips, passports, driver's licenses, and other types of items used for monetary exchange or identification of documents.
