You are almost 100% correct. It is my understanding that due to the black fiber sales that QWST has completed (48 total I believe) and Phil Anshchutz' ownership of the "rights of way" to lay the fiber....QWST total cost (including equipment, fiber, labor etc.) is a lowly $100 per mile!!!!!!!!!!! I know that this sounds unbelievably low, but this is what Nacchio has stated. VERY long on QWST, Jason
