Thanks a lot. I have called the Kansas attorney general and requested they look into Etrades practices. I will also be filing a complaint. One example on the complaint is where Etrade took 4 minutes to process an order and the stock went from 12 to 10, traded a lot at ten, then dropped to 9 1/4. You guessed it, I got the fill at 9 1/4.
