btw--you ever look at ticks on the dow? it's been below 1000 everytime i peaked at it, which signifies selling, right? i'm surprised the dow haven't taken the leap off the building, yet.

Now-back to regular programming.
Regarding your answer--CEF preferreds--these things have no maturity--so the fund price fluctuates with the rates? You really think we're gonna see 8% yields anytime soon?
