TigerPaw, Good point about limited life for stock options and that they must be sold/exercised at some point anyway. I have a tax question. I have not yet sold and/or exercised options but plan to do some shortly. From reading your post I understand that the tax consequences are the same either way. However, my understanding was that if you exercise and hold you do not incur any tax gains. Is that incorrect? TIA! -Apratim.
