Wow, now that is an empty bluff. What does the size of the country have to do with it except in relation to the size of the service providers. (i.e. sure Korea is small, but so are their service providers - it's the ratio that matters and I'll bet the service providers are sweating now.) The only factor that does make the situation more palatable(sp?) for the Korean service providers is that all of their competition is in the same boat.

If this is the best that ETRI can do they going to get creamed. Note that I do not say this with glee, since Qualcomm can use all the allies it can get and this is not going to help. But that is just poor logic.
