Note to Chuzz: you're right on the money re cash flow. Just to help you out a bit, the cash portion of the charges taken for the acquisitions ($339,772 - $219,229 = $120,543) more than covers the difference between operating income and operating cash flow ($210,237 - $92,982 = $117,255).
