You know I truly don't understand Sim. Unless he's planning to trash his company even further, he will never have a better opportunity to buy it back cheap. But it seems as if he gets more from the ego trip of being the only Singapore stock traded on the Nasdaq than the pain it causes him and the company from constantly kicking him in the butt.

Right now, the market is saying this is nothing but a cheap penny stock with a cash horde. They are insulting all the people in the company, their talents and their operational record and their physical and intellectual property by saying they are only worth about 7 bucks now. And by not saying anything or making an offer on his company, Sim is agreeing with that assessment. He is insulting his own people.

The market is a game of poker right now and they are calling Sim's bluff and telling him he's holding a losing hand. If he doesn't think so, then it's time for him to show some guts, take a stand and call right back. He should make an open contingent offer on the outstanding shares and tell the market to put up or shut up. If they give it to him, then he should take it and run because it will be the deal of his life, especially if he feels he still has some nice rabbits under his hat.

Show some guts Mr. Sim!

(That's my soap box speech for today.)

Dennis
