Re : JBOH

The 8-K filed on June 22 says that the Third Capital Group bought the convertible from Oeri Finance Inc. The Third Capital Group's representatives are in control.

Look at the "Loans from stockholders" part in the "Liabilities" section in the 10-Q/A filed on Jan 22,1999. I believe this includes the convertible debt. I think this also includes the senior debt which is owed to Oeri and which JBOH is in default.

The "Loans from stockholders" = (convertible debt from Third Capital) + (senior debt from Oeri)

This would mean that the converts still exist ?

Am I missing something ?

Regards.
Rajiv
