Sorry, I'm not familiar with Win98, so I can't help. My gut feel about Win98 is that they tried to make it more "idiot proof" (not at all suggesting that you might fall in that category [grin]) and thus giving the user less control over such things.

My recommendation is to ask someone you trust who has Win98, or your dealer where you buy the memory, to see if there are similar settings in Win98. Of course you could just go into the Control Panel in Win98 and check it yourself, but if it's not there, I can't tell you where else to look. Maybe someone else on this thread could help out too!
