Bob, the "classic" stockholder revolt that I have experienced has come from CVIA. After a 300:1 RS, shareholders banded together, got a lawyer, and took over. Kicked out a (sleazy) reverse merger candidate and developed a great business plan. KAA, the ringleader, is now the CEO.
