What exactly does "have the patent" mean?
Anybody can build a GUI, add agents and partner with VoiceMail, Email and Content providers.
What "technology" do they have? The put the interface together using other peoples tools. Maybe they "built" agents. Which is just a mechanism for checking RULES and associated actions--you get a voicemail/email in the queue it checks where you are and routes it.
Product looks good, there are users, but you should be aware that the "competition" may not look EXACTLY like PORTICO, but rather have all AND MORE features embedded in larger or complimentary products.
