Tom, I just SAR at 64, I'm thinking the same thing, time is running out for any rally.....now, watch me get whipped.....this SAR cost me commish only, I can live with that..... If 30 year rates move to 5.65% as I measured, them stock will be a better buy in a few weeks/months..... so, I'm now short..... GZ
