Sorry, Rajiv...No, I don't think you're missing anything. As you know, there was a substantial restructuring of the balance sheet during the summer along with a complete change in ownership and management. The most recent 10Q is for the period ended 9/30/98, so more may have occurred in the interim. I just wanted to be sure folks were aware that there was a buy-out and re-structuring. Do you know anything about the new owners' track record? Peter
