I spoke with Debi a short while, ago.
Poor woman has had to answer zillions
of calls after having two wisdom teeth
extracted.

She said you would be amazed at the
number of people that call and flat
out don't believe the press release.

Tomorrow, Russia will formally announce
this contract in a nationwide announcement.

Kevin will be putting out a PR in the
near future explaining the payment options
and further elaborating on the contract.

The Russians are bound by contract not to
attempt to steal or duplicate the technology.

Audit is (yes, this time it's true) at the
very end. Just a couple of people need to
sign off, I believe.
