Reiterate strong buy rec. CPU

I've been pounding the table on this stock for months while it was floundering.

Historically, CPU has always had to climb the proverbial "wall of worry" as analysts and investors alike continually criticize this company - yet after every down cycle CPU manages to reinvent itself and grow further.

This time is no different. While analysts ponder if CPU is going bankrupt, the company delivers its second straight quarter of better than expected earnings in the face of a difficult acquisition. While analysts ponder if the internet is destroying CPU's business the company delivers spectacular growth in this area.

At this point, not only do I say that CPU is a strong buy, but I also think you'd have to be crazy not to own the stock:

1) Halpin has already guided the next quarter higher.

2) The company is setting up its fastest growing division - CompUSA-Direct - as a separate company. This fact alone should pique the interest of investors.

3) CompUSA remains the largest computer/hardware/software retailer in the world, and will soon approach $10 Bil.+ in sales.

4) The company is trading at an extremely low PSR - near levels when the stock price hit an all-time low in 1994.

5) Skepticism and pessimism remain high.

I believe the stock will eventually trade significantly higher, in fact surpassing its previous all-time high.
