I use NDB and Discover - both go down and it is so frustrating. I am okay as long as I have money in both accounts to buy - but when you have to sell and the one that you have the stock in goes down, you are finished. Problem is you can never get a broker on the phone. Was on the phone with Discover on Monday when site went down for an hour and 5 minutes before a broker came on. By then it was too late to sell as the stock had tanked. A couple weeks ago I was on hold with NDB about an hour as well - and they had the nerve to tell me that in a volatile market, that is a normal holding time -- crazy! The markets are volatile now all the time, and 5 minutes is a long time to hold in a fast moving market!
