Hitesh-- Did CSCO actually say that? Channel-stuffing, I mean? You'll remember that USRX absolutely denied it. COMS, on the other hand, said that their sales for the last two weeks of December absolutely stank, but that everything turned around in January (for all that most of the Street cares). CSCO's press release (http://www.pcquote.newsalert.com/cgi-bin/story.cgi?StoryId=CmVBcubKbytaYmZu&FQ=CSCO+%22Cisco+Systems%22)--don't think it's been posted here--isn't really all that upbeat, but perhaps they're saving their ammo for the conference call. Hope so. Unfortunately very uncharacteristic of CSCO to miss at all, so they'd really better have a very good explanation, or there'll be hell to pay. Janice
