It is not cased closed BUT, it (MINE) has entered into an agreement with the staff of the Central Regional Office (Denver, Colorado) of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") This is partial SEC approval to dismiss the charges. Does anyone know how often the full commission fails to accept the advice of it's local offices. My bet is, not very damn often!
