Technically, outstanding is closer to 8 million (there are 2.6 million issued for acquisition and 1.4 million options issued, both restricted for one year). Fully diluted would be 7,750,000 shares. Still pretty small considering growth initiatives they have planned, e-commerce, hosting ISP, advertising revenues, etc. Gator
