part of it could be on today's story on street.com that National has problems with their LAN market and they talked to SEEQ's president.

In this article they talked about NSM not making any inroads with their 4 port PHY chip, and market has already moved or will move to 8 port in 3 to 6 months.
They mentioned that SEEQ already has the 8 port chip.

This could be a run up as a potential buy target
