Charlie, I think you're right. So if we add back the cash expended for M&A we get $213,525 for the 9 mos ending Sept 30, 1998 vs. $114,232 in 1997. But these numbers are also skewed because of incremental revenues added by Magic Solutions and Secure Networks, which were acquired using the purchase method of accounting.
