J. Plesha: How can you compare 3com with amd? There is actually no causal relationship between the two! One sells network equipment...the other sells CHIPS. You are comparing Apples with Oranges! One is in the Networking sector...the other in the Semi's! By the way, I own both of these stocks and analyze them relative to their position in their sector! Obviously, you did not get your degree in Business, nor have you taken a course in "Principles of Finance". HK
