Well so far today you are correct. I however still cling to the notion that fundamentals matter and that in time this will be reflected in the price of any stock. The big unknown however is whose fundamentals. Is a P/E of over 100 in some stocks valid. It surely is for some people for me it is not. I do not however go about and short stocks just because they sport a P/E over 100. There a ton of other stats that must be looked at far beyond P/E that makes up the valuation that an individual places on a stock.

With all that said I will admit that I have had some real losers, both long or short. fortunately, I have been right more than wrong...so far!

In KTEL's case who knows what the P/E is since they are not yet showing a profit.

In any event, I will share with you the fact that I shorted at 10 1/2 including all round trip commissions. Shortly afterI shorted I watched it quickly shoot to 32 or so. My timing certainly was off a few days. I then watched it just about as quickly drop to the 11-13 range where it has resided since. So since I did not cover on the ride up, and very stupidly did not average up with more shorts. Since I do not see anything fundamentally different now about KTEL except that in the long term they will continue to get more competition, I will let my short ride.

BTW, I am short a lot more shares than the 100 you mention that you are long so I will quickly cover if and when I feel a fundamental change has taken place.

Good Luck
