Dan, you're not reading the chart correctly. There are various classes of shares, options and warrants reported. You need to check the codes for common shares and ownership!

The correct numbers are in fact ....

Michael Blackstock -- 351,500 shares (directly controlled)
Todd Carter -- 15,000 shares (directly controlled)
Gary McIntosh -- 993,733 shares (directly controlled)
Jim & Gary McIntosh -- 4,279,756 shares (indirectly controlled thru 529452 BC Ltd)
Jim McIntosh -- 591,511 shares (directly controlled)
Basil Peters -- 0 shares
Bijan Sanii -- 94,000 shares (directly controlled)
Gordon Watson -- 106,000 shares (directly controlled)

Also, don't forget, some of those numbers were the most recently reported, but still go as far back as 1997, so the numbers could have changed since. You usually get a much better idea of the actual current holdings of directors and officers by reviewing the latest audited financial reports or the proxy requests for annual general meetings where such holdings must be disclosed. These documents can be obtained at the SEDAR web-site.

Basil Peters recently (Jan. 29th) announced his resignation as chairman of the board effective immediately, that's probably why he no longer holds shares.

Looks like the two "McIntosh boys" are firmly in control to me!
