Mohan, thanks for the response. One more thing, can you tell me if Kumar's analysis agrees with the analysis from IDC and Dataquest. If I recall, IDC and/or Dataquest said Dell was taking world wide market share from CPQ and the other box makers. Am I correct, or in error.

Don't mean to bug you, but you seem to have a good grasp of these matters.
