What I'm hearing is that there is a conference call today (11:30am PT) to go through all of the final details, if there are any, and then they could possibly set the closing date today. If not today then within the next day or two. As soon as the closing date has been set then a PR will follow within a day or two after that. The money is sitting in escrow. We are very close. Tom
