To me this annoucement says that they are going with hydrogen only fuelled buses. Those reformers of whatever ilk are difficult to build and that is where the mass market will be. I've no argument with you re Ballard's fuel cells. It's just the market cap for the company if they stay in the limited hydrogen only fuelled market is way too large.
