There has to be a way for a class action suite to get our money back. Etrade cost me a 90% gain today on MHMY. They got the buy at $10, but lost the sale at $19. Now I am at almost even. I am requesting all of my trades, the time Etrade received them, and the time they were executed. If there is a lawyer out there who wants to take Etrade on, count me in. They have sacrificed the service of current customers by taking on too many new customers. And they keep doing ads. Talk to your attorney general, get a lawyer, and get your documentation. Remember, Etrade is counting on people being too lazy to fight back. They sold us a service, could not deliver, and it cost us money. Redbird (Gary Evans)
