Dear Paul: I serious doubt that Kurlak is a Moron. Has it occurred to you that Kurlak doesnt give a damn about the little investor? Could it be that he does his thing to help institutions? Could it be the institutions were STILL taking a position in INTC during his long hold out. Once he gets the "signal" that they are selling he downgrades to bring the price back for them to start all over again? I dont know if this is true or not but its a heck of a lot more believable to me than the fact he's a moron. JDN
