CAPT: Every hotel room or motel room you enter has a postcard that you can fill in to rate the service , cleanliness, etc.. One out of a 1000 ever fill out the stupid cards but most companies like Marriot spend a fortune for outside research firms to tabulate the results and compile the surveys. TSIS could do this via their existing telephone technology and a lot more people would call in results instead of filling out stupid postcards. I've mentioned this several times and have not gotten any 'seconds'. On the other hand no one has said it's a bad idea. They could offer a package of services to some firms . Investor Reach, Telesurveys ect. gregor
