It has been a weird kind of a day -- very choppy all the way around The unfortunate part of it was that my bond trade as well as my spoo trade based on the continuation signal would have worked out better if I had not been stopped out -- but that is with the benefit of hind-sight. I guess that is the way it goes sometimes!
