I forgot one other thing, and an important one also. Don also said to me that UVTF is going to do a reverse split that will bring total amount of outstanding shares to 5,000,000. He said that if the company performs well, the reverse wont matter much in the long run. I'm not sure how much I agree with that, but he said that if a lousy company reverse splits their stock, that doesn't make them a good company. So if a company is doing a reverse split for the right reasons such as trying to restructure the company after previous failed management, and the company is currently doing well, that shouldn't make the company a bad one either. I hope that was coherent... Oh well. He also did say that he expects the company to be profitable this year, his goal is for 10c per share after restructuring. I think that's all for now.
