smeuris, I don't have to back up anything. The market backs up my words. I'm not saying that GIFS is overstating their earnings or using creative accounting, I'm just saying that something is wrong. I don't know what it is exactly, but I've bought hundreds of stocks and have learned one important thing. DON'T FIGHT THE TAPE! If a stock is dropping precipitously for no apparent reason this usually means there is a good reason and insiders know about it. Look at recent examples of CSCC, SHVA, NSCP, CTN, ANCR(I even learned this firsthand in ANCR), etc. All these stocks were under selling pressure before the bomb was dropped and one-day double-digit losses were incurred. I am just trying to help some people on this thread avoid some of the mistakes that I made when I first started trading. My recommendation is to wait until GIFS clears $3.50 on significant volume. I'm not saying that you can't or won't make money trading until then, but it will be harder and try your patience more.

Good Luck
