This article is more than interesting. It truly gets to the heart of what this fracus is all about. It would appear to me, and I am no expert, that this is,in the true sense of the word, a debate about free enterprise. Historically, I would think, ATT has the prevailing argument. But these are strange times we are living in, and this debate has tremendous ramifications depending on the outcome. It's no wonder that the feds are taking this slow. As this continues to unfold it will be extremely interesting to watch.
