U.S. stocks lower, Dow whipped by program trades stock bull,this could another reason,damn program trading.Oh well we'll what happens tomorrow. ========================= U.S. stocks lower late afternoon. Dow off 25 at 9342 after series of program trades whipsaw blue chips. NYSE imposes program trading curbs only to lift them four minutes later. Nasdaq continues to lag, down 67 at 2426 as techs bear brunt of profit-taking pressure. Long-bond off 19/32, yield 5.29 pct.
